Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note we cannot accept returns for sprays and aerosols. 

Exchanges

Footwear:
We only exchange/refund boots that are in as-new, re-sellable condition. For this reason we ask that customers try boots for size before wearing them outside, to avoid issues. We do not offer a free returns service, you will be liable for return postage, but we do offer free postage for the shipment of one exchange pair which will be sent once your original item has been received and checked. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you fail to return any goods that you have cancelled in accordance with this policy, we may charge you a sum not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods.

Consumers have the right to cancel any order prior to the conclusion of the contract and irrespective of whether there has been any error with the order.

 

Product Guarantee/Warranty
The Harris Dryboots are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing fault, the item will need to be returned and tested. If found faulty, a replacement will be offered or a refund given at the customers preference. If the item is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to the customer. Footwear warranty excludes general wear and tear.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damages must be made within 24hrs of delivery.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customised or bespoke items.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
