Warranty
All items purchased carry a comprehensive 12 month manufacturer’s warranty against faulty materials or workmanship (not excessive wear and tear). In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please email, in the first instance to [email protected] We will then make arrangements for the testing/return of the boots. All returns should be accompanied by a covering letter, with original order details and brief description of the problem.
Due to Health & Safety regulations we cannot accept boots unless they have been cleaned thoroughly.
The boots will be assessed and, if appropriate, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
Returns
You may return your order for any reason within 21 days after you receive the goods.
If you wish to return any goods under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Please note: Due to Health & Safety Regulations we are unable to accept masks for return or exchange.
Carriage will only be refunded if the boots returned are faulty.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning boots, please enclose a covering letter, stating the reason for return clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to:
